For polycarbonate its use is straightforward. No additives needed, just apply the resin and cure it. For CR39 lenses, apply the primer solution and then the coating material, then cure. No rubbing in of abrasive materials.

There is no shelf life to this product. It can be stored for an indefinite time.

The solvents used are Ethanol, not Butyl alcohol as used in other similar products. Ethanol does not smell and does not represent a major health hazard, as is the case with Butyl alcohol.

Just use this product in any UV-CURE COATING unit as you would with any other product. For CR 39, apply the primer first to break the high surface tension. On POLYCARBONATE, no primer is needed.

The final result is the hardest non-tintable as well as the hardest tint able coating on the market. OPL-UV also is priced to compete successfully.

OPL-UV COATINGS CAN BE STRIPPED WITH OPL-UV STRIPPER. Just heat the solution in a die pot. Insert the lens for 20 to 30 minutes.
