Archived File to show how Glades Board is making major capital decisions.

SPECIAL ASSESSMENT OCTOBER 2004

The Glades Country Club has issued the following bulletin to all owners:

A rough guess is that the amount for the purchase of the old Collier County Waterworks and some extra cost will be around the area of $ 300,000 in which case the cost per unit (1169) would be around $ 256.64

Of course, at a later date,  there will be another assessment coming for the renovation and adaptation of the buildings to club requirements which could be estimated at an amount of about $ 500,000 which would be a per unit cost of about $ 427.79
