Thermex-Thermatron’s Modular Industrial Microwave Conveyorized Systems, the preeminent microwave system available today. The modular design, allows for the flexibility and growth of your products. This system design can be expanded to virtually any length and power level.

Each of the multimode cavities has been computer modeled to maximize efficiency and uniformity of heating. With Allen-Bradley PLC control and the additions of our Automatic Power Control and Arc Detection feature, the Thermex industrial microwave system is designed for continuous operation with minimal supervision.

Our multiple cavities “zoned” heating approach provides a more even and more precise control of the transmitted microwave energy than can be achieved in single cavity multi generator applications. Unprecedented 22” height unrestricted opening allows large size loads to be processed through the oven.

By utilizing gates and proprietary vestibule technology at each end, there are virtually zero microwave emissions out the tunnel. Depending upon the specific application, the system may be manufactured of Aluminum or Stainless Steel. Air intake and exhaust ducts are provided for each cavity. An optional electric or gas hot air system is also available.
